Wagamama Lounge Facebook



Overview

The Wagamama Lounge returned to the UK's hottest summer festivals this year serving up delicious dishes, great music and amazing art. Experiential PR agency Amplify partnered with us to raise awareness of this exciting festival space and leverage the activity to grow Wagamama's reach on the social web.

To deliver on this objective we housed a competition entry form to win festival tickets alongside campaign content in a 'like-gated' Facebook tab on the Wagamama brand page to grow their fan base.

Drawing upon the offline collateral we set about creating a visual interface language that conveyed the feeling of Wagamama Lounge online and delivered a user experience that showcased the engaging content of the festivals, artists, DJs and the all important chance to win.

With Facebook 'Like' button functionality integrated throughout to maximise social sharing of all tab content from festivals to individual Wagamama dishes, the fan base grew by over 10% and more people are talking about Wagamama on Facebook than ever before. Bring on next year's festival season!
